Week 2

Hey Class,
My name is Jennifer and I am 24 my health goals right now are a bit different from my usual becuase I am currently 7 months prego with baby number two. I maintain my diet by eating lots of fresh fruits and veggies and have come into the habit of walking for a bout 15 min twice a day. i hope in the future after my baby is born to continue my fitness schedule of 1hr of cardio about 3-4 times a week. My favorite method of relaxation therapy is meditation and music therapy. These two are the only ways that I am able to de-stress from my busy day.

  1. Congrats on the new addition to your family. I love to listen to music to help me relax, too. Did you try the Journey on relaxation exercise? If not I recommend that you do, it was phenomenal.

    That would a great way to relax. I know that when my family is making me nervous, I turn on a jazz music station. It really soothes me. What a great way of relaxation therapy! Best of luck with your pregnancy.

  3. Hello Jennifer, baby number two huh. Sounds like your life is only going to get busier, just remember meditation when your running around trying to catch two rugrats. It seems that although you may not be able to fully assess your goals right now, you still have a good understanding of what healthy things you need to do. Congrats on the soon to be bundle of joy!
