The two practices that I feel have been the most beneficial to me would be the Loving-Kindness and the meditation exercises. Loving Kindness has allowed to incorporate more positivity that I may have been lagging before. It has taught that in every case treat others as I would to be treated and taking the time to learn how to cope with the stress that may annoy me and turning it into a positive situation. The mediatation exercise I must say has affected me tremendously. I have become a much more calmer person. Instead of jumping to conclusions about things I take time to first reflect that initate a game plan.
I have implemented these practices in my life and have found that they have made me a better person through and through. My relationships are strengthened I know myself much better and I have taken the time to educate those around me to try these same practices as well.

Good Evening
ReplyDeleteI too enjoyed the loving kindness exercise. It does allow you to feel more free about loving yourself and sharing love with others. I am glad to hear that htey have strenghtend your relationships and allowed you to share the practice with others. Too often we are not able to find something that we love and others grow to love too, but this practice is so simple but so profund it can change our lives and others.
Is this a practice that you think you will continue to practice?

Hello Jennifer,
ReplyDeleteIt is great to hear tht you got so much out of the exercises. I also like meditation so I can completely agree with you on liking this exercise. What would you say is your least favorite exercise that we learned?
